Off for a run

I'm just going off for a quick run. Nothing special I know but.... it's the first outside run of the year.

I can't wait, just want to finish writing this post so I can leg it!

I always get excited but know that my heart will be burning within minutes and I will want to come home! Wrong frame of mind, I am going to love it!

Have you been running / exercising / lounging or doing anything outside yet?

I think I'll even try and do some work outside this afternoon. Ahhh this is the life.
