Do you want to work in Customer Service?

I have never worked in customer service but a good friend of mine did for years and he eventually built up to a magerial level and moved into private banking. He enjoyed his days of customer service overall even though some days and customers are very tough. Getting customer service jobs depends on you being a presentable and good person to work with people. If you have these traits and you are confident then you have a good chance.

Working with customers can be very rewarding and if you enjoy the daily interactions and helping to solve peoples problems then why not go for it.

Even the traditional hand dryer is changing!

I remember as a young boy going to a working man's club (a pub with membership requirements) with my dad and when i would use the bathrooms I always enjoyed the bellowing hand dryers spitting out warm air that blew all the water into my face when I tried to dry my hands.

I used to pay so much attention to the energy guzzlers back then but then I did not really think about them for years. Recently with the awesome Dyson hand dryers that are popping up I realized things had even started to modernize in the world of hand drying devices!

The new types and models are much more energy efficient, streamlined, create less noise and in the case of the Dyson like air blade types they don't even use heat!

How would you furnish your living space?

Everyone has very different taste and that is a great thing. Your personal living space is often where you get to exercise this and it's important to make a place that you feel comfortable relaxing and socializing in. I was just wondering exactly how you would furnish or have furnished your ideal living space?

I like the modern look so I would go with some cool contemporary sofas, a good quality varnished wooden floor (no cheap veneer) and solid colored walls with no borders or paper.

I would try and pick natural lighting and no fancy fittings. Possibly going for daylight bulbs if my budget allowed. My television would be very big and ideally one of the new 3d ones even though there is not much available to watch yet!

Get the right gear before you run.

I love running, sadly I can't run much here in Cairo for multiple reasons but when I can, I do!

I think almost everyone could benefit from running but people don't treat it with enough respect. You have to have good gear.... Not necessarily expensive, just right!

First up you need the right shoes. For this you should visit a running shop, talk to the assistant, try shoes on and go for test jogs, get this 100% right! While you are there get some thin double layered running socks.

There are loads of men's running shorts and women's running shorts available and I always choose baggy ones that allow free movement. I wear lycra sports boxers underneath and this helps reduce chaffing possibilities.

For your shirt I would advise a lightweight running shirt that disperses sweat. There are many cheap but good brands available.

What do you wear to run and what tips do you have?

Does HCG Weightloss Work?

I have never used HCG but do have a friend who has. She personally lost weight with it and loves the product but she cannot be 100% sure if the weight loss came direct from HCG or from the ridgid diet and guidelines that come with it.... The jury is still out for her but she will use it again and again until she reaches her desired weight. Her clinic was HCG weight loss Austin but I know she has moved around a lot in the past few months so no idea where she is going now. It's available every where so if you feel like trying it then seek medical advice first and then go see what it is all about.

When it comes to TV's reception is as important as the main unit....

I don't watch a lot of televison so I don't have cable or anything. I just use a good old antenna and it picks up enough channels for me to get a decent amount of brain rot from soap opera, a few movies and some cooking shows if needed.

But when you pick up a shiny new Lcd TV for whatever reason (mine is mostly used for gaming) you have to consider that you need good reception to get good TV so it's worth looking for an antenna that can pick up the signals you need. If you look through antenna reviews you can find the suitable one for the job.

Car Insurance, do you look around?

Car Insurance is one of those necessary evils. We need it for our protection and the protection of others as driving can be quite an expensive and dangerous pursuit.

When trying to get new insurance I wonder how many people really look around for their insurance quotes? I mean instead of just call say 2 companies and pick the best one. Or go with a company your friend is with etc etc.

The internet is very helpful these days for finding deals and all info. Just look at a site like carinsurancelist.com and you can get quotes and info for all 50 States of USA. With resources like that it's not that much extra work to truly find a better rate or more suitable plan.

How do you deal with your auto insurance?

My Friend LOVES Disney Vacations!

I have this friend. She is about 35 years old, pretty normal and with a normal office job. However she is absolutely in love with anything Disney.... And I mean anything!

She saves her hard earned cash and uses it all on Disney vacations every year. I know if she had her way she would live in Disney World with a vacation home in Disney Land!

I have no idea how she became so obsessive but I do understand that visiting the Disney parks can be very fun for kids and adults alike!

Carrying Babies is Hard Work!!!

I don't have a kid of my own but I recently was helping someone out and carrying their baby around in my arms for a while. It's hard to carry that little human around!

In fact I see many parents around here carrying their babies on one shoulder. It looks cool and I am sure the baby loves being up there but I bet it gives you shoulder ache in the long run.

I never had thought about it before but carrying that little weight around with you all day may not be the greatest thing for your energy levels. Luckily I did not have to carry for too long and they have an ergo baby carrier that fit nicely and was comfortable for them.... Really makes the job easier.

Have you considered home schooling with a twist?

The idea of learning from home has been around for centuries but since the Internet has taken hold it's given opportunity for learning at home to really be elevated.

Have you ever considered online schools as an alternative to actually going to college itself?

I know many people that have gone to schools online (just had a person stay with us for 3 months whilst completing her degree online) and have come out with successful and legitimate qualifications. In fact many of the top schools now offer online options.

Buy.com first came to my attention when they started showing the Howie Mandel fronted ads last year or so. I don't think they use Howie anymore but I still swing by buy.com to see what deals they have going on.

They have most electronic and computer equipment you could want at pretty decent prices (sometimes the best prices) and they deliver USA wide.

It's also worth checking out there weekly deals for the best deals to be had. For example this week they have an awesome 21.5" Samsung LCD Display for just $153 new and $150 refurbished.

Make that muddy hole in the backyard look good!

A lot of people have ponds in their gardens. Sadly though many of these are just holes dug in the mud, roughly lined and then filled with water.... They look like little puddles left after heavy rain!

I suggest you dig up that pond again, properly line it and get some nice pond plants to build a little live eco-system. I love seeing fish in ponds too but you may have to put some light gauze over it to stop the local cats eating all your fish! Especially if you plan for some expensive ones!

The more technology is used, the more advanced the theft from our day to day lives seems to get! Credit cards now have little RFID chips that apparently can be read even whilst in your wallet... Meaning techno-thieves can theoretically steal from you with out you ever knowing!

So when I heard about a new rfid blocking wallet I thought it was a pretty decent idea!

Basically these wallets block any signals stealing info from your cards, pretty neat eh?

What do you think about all this technology and the theft it allows? Are we just all over reacting?

Everything but the kitchen sink!!

It's very easy when redesigning anywhere in your home to forget little details. If you redo your kitchen but don't pay special attention to things like the kitchen sink and door handles you may end up with a few ugly unpractical features ruining the whole thing!

So pay attention to the details! I love some of the sinks you can buy now and it's super easy with ranges such as the Kohler kitchen sink to bring a touch of high class to your new kitchen.

I was thinking about owning a business or a factory, just out of interest and the more you think about it and the details the more you realize you have to have for your business to operate. Any industrial style business requires a myriad of industrial products such as clothing, small machinery, chemical safety things, materials and much much more.

I can't even think where in the physical world this stuff would be purchased but looking on the internet it's amazing how many companies you can instantly find and I guess this also means awesome bulk pricing with delivery is available at cut prices. I love the net!

Have you seen MBT Shoes?

The first time I saw these funky mbt shoes was in Camden in London. I was walking past a small store and I saw them in the window and had to go take a look. My partner was convinced right away but neither of us had the cash right there to purchase them.

For those who have never seen them MBT Shoes have a big curved sole so your foot never sits flat on the floor. The idea is that it develops balance and also constantly tones your legs and backside and even helps with the core. I love this idea as they are also supposed to be very comfortable too!

Anyway now that 100% genuine MBT shoes can now be purchased online for reduced prices I will have to think about getting a pair.

I love my digital camera

I remember it does not seem that long ago that digital cameras were the new toy on the block. I was amazed that the pictures could be such high quality but I was also amazed by the far out of reach price!

Well many years have passed since then and about 3 years ago I purchased my first digital camera. In fact it was a DSLR (Digital SLR) and I have been in love with digital camera technology since. The fact that the price of film is no longer a factor and memory cards can store 1000's of pictures really does help you become a better more experimental photographer.

Of course I am sad that the old school film cameras are all but dead but I guess that is just the way life goes.

What do you think of the new wave of digital cameras and how have they helped your photography?

Medical Assistants are as important as physicians

Medical assistants save people a lot of anxiety and also often bridge the fear gap between patient and doctor and even vice verse. This job is extremely important so becoming a medical assistant is an awesome career choice in my honest opinion. To train for this position it's as easy as going to a good medical assisting school and having a care about the patients and the people you work with. Like any career really but with added feel good factor!

I can't count the amount of times the assistant has eased my nerves, fetched me some water, chatted with me about my day or generally been a shining star in a place I prefer not to visit!

Kudos to all medical assistants and soon to be assistants out there. You are very important.

eBill Me and Home Everything

Well, I had never heard of eBill Me but they look pretty cool and the idea is that they can help you shop online securely and save cash. I don't fully understand their stay debt free tagline but I guess they are just saying they can save you cash by buying only with cash which makes sense now I think about it.

Home Everything is a really big retailer so they have pretty much everything you need for the home and as eBill Me are offering savings on their already decent pricing it can't harm to take a look if anything is needed.

I was in the print industry for years and often when you gave a client a price their response would be somewhere along the line of "How Much?".... Now printing is quite heavy on the workload so these prices that seemed high were justified.... However new technology and streamlined processes are really changing that.

If you are thinking of getting some business cards then price is no longer a major concern as business card printing is often extremely affordable now days.

Your major worry is getting a good design that reflects your personality and making sure you pick a print finish that you like.... Then go spread the little things and get the business flowing in! 

Catching up after vacation

I was recently away in Sweden for almost 3 weeks and my work was left to pile up and up.... Long story short, I have been crazily busy working on client work and praying that I can get back to working on my websites..... I am getting there but woke up to some new client emails, which means new work...... Gotta keep on plugging!

What is Nuphedragen?

I only just heard of nuphedragen and of course with a name like that I was interested in knowing what it was.

Nuphedragen is another weight loss pill developed by scientists to trick the body into losing weight. They say it is formulated with proven weight loss ingredients and that it is proven to work. Obviously you have to try for yourself to find that out but of course if you are at the stage where you need pills then you know this already.

I would like to know if you have tried it and how it worked for you. Personally I am lucky that I don't have much of a weight issue so have never needed the help of pills to keep things in check.

I'm back

The blog has been quiet for a few weeks as I was taking a nice vacation out to Sweden.... It was very relaxing and Stockholm is a great city.

We also went out to the islands (there are 25000 near Stockholm) and spent some time in a province called Dalarna..... Great place.

The biggest problem for us in Sweden was sticking to budget as it was very expensive especially when compared to living costs here in Egypt!

Have you ever thought about Law School?

I'll be honest... The thought of going through law school absolutely frightens the life out of me! But I really respect the people that do and respect their intelligence and ability to get through it.

I hear the lsat prep is really difficult but there is a lot of help online and if you hang around with like minded folks, other students, then I am sure things get a little easier.

I would love to hear from you if you are in law school or have completed and if you have any survival tips? It's definitely hard work but the rewards afterward can be great, I am sure.

Working out, full body is important

I work out pretty often these days and am happy with my fitness level. I integrate cardio training with ab workouts, and full body workouts to get a good overall level of fitness.

I can't understate the importance of exercise in my life and how good it feels to be fit and healthy. I am not perfect but am pushing hard and feel great when I realise that my health is in order.

What exercise do you do and what aims do you have?

I like a nice polo shirt!

Clothing is something I don't pay a huge attention to, I generally just keep it simple. One thing that is easy and simple to wear without going too wrong is a polo Shirt. The huge range of men's polo shirts means that it's no problem finding one you like and you can comfortably wear.

I am not a big brand person but the little horse Ralph Lauren shirts are comfortable and any 100% cotton version works well, no matter what brand.

Are there an diet pills that work?

I an interested in finding out your thoughts.... Do you know of any diet pills that work?

Weight loss is such a big online industry that every day you see any ad for this and an ad for that and you never know what is what. Who is making bloated claims and who is genuine.

The basics of losing fat are still valid and I think these should always be sought first. Eat less calories than you use and you will burn fat however it is highly possible that some herbs and medication can help along the way to process fat and things in a better way, so the idea of diet pills is not completely silly.

Would you consider a holiday home in Orlando?

I don't have a holiday home but I have fond memories of visiting them as a kid and if I ever settle with a family it is something I will definitely be looking at.

In the States there are so many cool areas and something like an orlando timeshare would be a great thing to be a part of so that as a family you have something to visit each year.

Disney, beaches and much more would be on your doorstep and you could save big on hotel costs. Plus when you have a "home" as opposed to a "room" to stay in you can also save on home cooking and relax in much more comfort.

What solutions do you use for acne?

Acne is one of those things that is a terrible annoyance but not often without some kind of good treatment. The fact that the causes of acne are some varied means that you may have to try a lot of solutions for acne before you hit on the right one.


When I get zitty I often find it's after a few days bad diet or stress... Sometimes it's just a bad sleep or clammy air. Whatever I can normally fix it naturally. If it's hormonal it can be much more difficult.


So how do you deal with it? What have you tried and what works? Even strange folky remedies may have some value and I hear a lot about using honey these days.

Have you used Apidexin?

I have read about a lot of things while working online as a blogger and one thing that always comes up is dieting, exercise and quick weight loss. Part of quick weight loss chatter is always about diet pills. Luckily I do not need diet pills so have never had the need to try them but obviously it is a huge industry so of course it interests me somewhat.

One of the many pills on the market today is called apidexin and it has big claims for helping you on your weight loss journey. I am interested in hearing from you if you have tried it and what it did for you.

You never know it may be the one that works for you, it may not be. I would always ere on the side of caution but if your doctor approves it and you have tried all other avenues it may not be a waste of time trying it.

Need to keep stocked up with office supplies....

One thing I always, always forget to keep well stocked is pens and decent paper. When I need to jot something down I often find myself scrambling around and finding a pen nearly empty of ink that requires constant shaking to get a sentence out!

I need to make sure I keep stocked on my office supplies so that i stop having these issues. I also need printer paper on hand, ink, good quality drafting paper and pencils.... Now I better go do that before I forget :).

When you get a vehicle, factor in Insurance costs....

I don't own a car right now but I know at some inevitable point I will have to get one.... A car in itself is not a terribly big deal. You pay once and you have a vehicle that hopefully drives well without too many problems. Sadly it's not that simple and you always have to factor in ongoing costs, fuel, repairs and often the biggest one, insurance!

It's absolutely imperitive not to be lazy and grab any insurance, you should scan all auto insurance quotes you can and find the best, most suitable deal to cover you right at the right price.

Just beware its an expense that can often be cut with a little looking!

Never forget your reward card....

If you have any kind of reward card how often do you actually forget it?

My guess is quite a lot, this is actually giving the company who supplied the card, your money! So you need to take head now and really focus on using in in 100% of acceptable situations. If you don't have a reward card then consider getting one so you can take advantage of cash back, air miles, coupons, deals and much more. Just work out what kind of reward is mot valuable to you and try and find a card that meets those needs.

What is Lipovox?

I'll be honest I had never heard of Lipovox until today so I had to go and find out what it was.
Lipvox is a pill that is supposed to help lose weight, help with aging and even acne. It's based on Oprah's 10 super foods with a couple of added antioxidants and put into a pill. A novel idea! I have no idea if it works but it's been getting some good testimonials.

Like most pills of this sort it does have a protected formula so full analysisis difficult but the released idea seems interesting at least.

What is the best treatment for acne?

Acne is a problem for so many of is and there are so many treatments, remedies, wonder cures and what's not out there that it is very hard for anyone to work out the best acne treatment for their personal situation.

For some people it's just keeping extra clean, for others it involves serious hormonal changes and diet evaluations. It can take a lot of testing and sometimes consulting with a professional or at least fellow acne sufferers.

The web let's you do amazing thing with photos...

I love the way that so many free services are growing online to allow us to jazz up the boring things. If you have a bunch of photos from an office party or family shots or whatever it's now very easy to create some cool things like a slideshow or montage that can then be sent onto family, friends or even published on your blog or website. With these awesome tools even an amateur can create professional results.

What tools like this have you used and what have you created with them? I would love to hear from you.

Is it time to take life out on the open road?

I love making trips and loved traveling in a motor home... It's just so easy to drive anywhere yet have many of your home comforts just on hand. So if anyone is considering going on such a trip I would say do it if you can, see the country a little bit!

Motor homes can be quite expensive but they can also be well worthwhile. For those on a tighter budget you may well find used motorhomes that fill your needs and as long as they have been taken care of there is no reason why they won't be just as good as a brand spanking new one.

What is the hcg diet protocol?

I'll be honest here, I don't know a whole lot about hcg dieting. However I thought it was time I find out a little more as I see it here there and everywhere.

So, what exactly is the hcg diet protocol?

The hcg diet protocol is basically a plan that goes with the use of hcg for weight loss. It involves a schedule for taking the injections and the diet plan that you should follow to effectively lose the weight you need too. This is all very important if you undergo such treatment..... I hope that personally I manage to stay away from needing this but you never know what the future may hold!

Do you worry about your deep wrinkles?

Some people wear age extremely well and by that I mean that even if they get wrinkles they actually look good on them. Still.... most people do want to stave off the wrinkles for as long as they can and deep wrinkle treatment may be worth looking into.

I luckily do not have any noticeable wrinkles yet but I do try and keep my body healthy and my skin in good condition, that way I will only have to deal with genetically pre-determined aging... Stress is also a factor so I try and keep that to a minimum for a variety of reasons!

Are you and Xbox360 or PS3 Person?

I love the advancements that have been made in video games consoles in recent years. Personally I own an Xbox360 but I think the ps3 is just as awesome and I do wish I had the bluray capabilities that Sony's device offers.

Do you like both systems like me?

The games these days are just phenomenal and it's hard not to blow all my cash just buying up stunning looking games! In some ways it's absolutely scary and exciting waiting for what they come up with next, I am sure the games will just start to mimic real life more and more..... We may not even bother leaving for work one day, we can just go to work via the internet!

I am in in Cairo, Egypt right now and it is getting hot, hot, hot here! Air conditioning can be a bit of a pain as it's often loud and uses a lot of energy so I tend to look first to the humble ceiling fan.... It's a simple idea that works really well.

I am in a cafe right now and the ceiling fans are giving me nice cooler rotated air to make my day much nicer :)

At home I have them too. Obviously you want something that looks good at home and luckily many companies such as Minka Aire fans offer a variety of great choices. Ours are the kind that have 3 lights above and then a fan below.

Summer is coming... It's pool time!

I love lounging by the pool on a warm summer's day and late into the evening. When not swimming it's great to float around on some pool floats with a nice float and a nice fresh juice (or maybe a beer... but we don't advocate drinking in pool here!).

Pool floats are also great for the kids, coming in many awesome shapes and sizes. I always loved the mega ones that took up half the pool!

Would you try slimming pills?

Have you every tried slimming pills? I must admit I have been lucky and although I am not the slimmest person on the planet I am lucky to not be obese and have not needed to try them.

However that does not mean that I would not try them. In the battle against weight there are many options, from dieting to heavy exercise and just general lifestyle adjustments. Pills, if used sensibly, could possibly be an important part of your regime and help you arrive where you want to be.

I never was much good at riding horses. The earliest memory of me riding an animal was a donkey at Greenwich in London. I remember the saddle being loose and me ending up hanging upside down as it slipped under the animals belly. I hung on and the donkey kept walking!

Working from cafes

I am finding myself more and more drawn to working outside of the house. It's strange as this morning I even said.... See you later, I am off to work!

I obtained my dream of working for myself and now I am getting into similar habits of going somewhere to work!

However my rules are much more relaxed. I work out in the morning, each breakfast at my leisure and general have a better life working for me and me only (well and clients!).

Egypt - Cairo, Luxor and Dahab.... Wow!!!

I just got back from a quick vacation around Egypt.... I actually live here in Cairo right now but don't often get a chance to get out and around.

We started in Cairo and took the day train (supposedly forbidden to Foreigners) down to Upper Egypt, Luxor. Luxor was magical with amazing, amazing Egyptian temples, tombs and great locals.... Then I quickly flew back to Cairo and took a bus to the Coast of Dahab in the Sinai Peninsula.

In Dahab I snorkeled in the Blue Hole with exotic fish, ate next to the relaxing sea and took an afternoon trip to climb Moses Path up Mount Sinai....

All in all it was sheer awesomeness and I just had to write something about it here!

I wish we didn't have to think about the cost of funerals.... but sadly we do :(

When somebody passes away it's respectful and customary to give them a thoughtful and good sending off. Everyone wants a decent funeral for their family and loved ones but sadly a good funeral often involves a lot of money. Often funeral cost can be budgeted before death in the way of insurance or savings so often this is a good idea to try and do to save your grieving family of the additional stress.... Sadly it's just not something we like to think about much :(

Outer Banks, a great place for a vacation.

If you know anything about North Carolina then you already know about the beautiful Outer Banks. Spring is just coming along and it's the perfect time to grab a beach vacation. An Outer Banks vacation is always going to be a beautiful one and something that for many is an easy accessible close to home place to go on a regular basis.

The area offers off roading by 4x4, awesome fishing, sunbathing, hiking and more, it's an outdoor heaven!!!

Skin Cancer.... don't ever delay getting checked!

I don't know a lot about the details of cancer but it has affected me closely and I know that one of the biggest perils is not getting checked for various things regularily. Having strange skin or weird moles are not to be ignored. For all you know it could already be malignant Mesothelioma so it's just not worth the delay in getting things checked out and dealt with as soon as possible.

Luckily cancer treatment and prevention is improving by the day, caught early, complete recoveries from cancers are more likely and more common than ever before. Often there is no reoccurance of cancer either.

I pray to the heavens that I never go through cancer or even a scare. I hope you don't either!

When you are trying to get the word out about something one of the best promotional methods is to give away an item with your brand, event details or whatever displayed on it. Popular items include things key chains and pens but people are used to these items and are often blind to the promotional message.

Personally I have never used a diet pill so I am unsure of any.

Building Muscle

I have been exercising like crazy recently. After completing the intensive p90x and now 1/3 of the way through Beach Bodies Insanity I am starting to see some really positive results. The hard work is paying off and I have never felt better.

I'm not that serious about being muscular but am getting more define. However if I was more serious then it would make sense to take a good look at muscle builders and see if there was any supplements available that could help me build the body I wanted. Admittedly my vegetarian diet does lack protein so a supplement may be able to help me in this area.

I exercise very regular. In fact most days and over the years I have done many activities. Running has been a fave but now I am doing home working out similar to circuit training. I love working out but am not totally serious about it... I just want to stay in shape.... However many of you are and supplements are something that may interest you so you can hit peak performance.

Cheer up! It's not always that simple!

When you are feeling down and no one understands it could well be depression. Sadly sometimes people will be harsh on you and tell you to just cheer up, stop being stupid etc etc. However you may well need some specialist depression treatment and some serious help.

Don't treat this lightly as help may be something that saves you from a life of sadness and upset all caused from the root of depression.... It can be very serious so it's worth taking serious.

I luckily have never suffered from depression, have you and how do you cope with it?

Acne Help....

Most of us have suffered from some acne, be in minor outbreaks in our teens or a lifelong serious struggle. There are so many things you can do and try to help your fight against it but sometimes all the diet changes, face washing and not touching your skin just simply does not work! Mothers day is almost here again!!!!

I'm not a big fan of commercial holidays and can get a little grumpy..... But it's pretty essential to show some love to your mother on Mother's Day. I myself am pretty awful at remembering and also I live a few weeks post away from my Mother too so this year I am going to find and send my mothers day gifts early! Not super early but basically in the next day or two.

I am not sure what to get yet but it's not like I have a shortage of options, however I am on a fairly tight budget so need to be careful.

I find springs pretty hilarious. My clumsy nature means that holding a spring without it ending up pinging across the room is almost impossible! In fact everytime I get a spring I can't resist just pushing it's a little!

All jokes aside springs can be a little unpractical and if you are in need of them for a practical real world project then you might want to look at using spring plungers instead. Make PAtion Chairs Comfy

I am sitting in a Cairo Cafe right now and it's a covered but outdoor cafe with some fancy patio furniture.

One thing that makes this place so comfortable is the awesome patio cushions they have on the chairs and just around on wooden benches. It makes me think if I get a patio I will be getting a set up exactly like that!

LED TV's are awesome!

When we first moved into our new flat we did not have a TV, however I had an Xbox360 and no way to play the thing! The flat came with a very old TV and plugging the Xbox in it just did not cut it! So I started to find myself longingly browsing at led tvs in store windows.

One day I cracked, I spent some saved cash and splurged... For an hour or so I felt guilty for spending the cash until I plugged it in! The TV is awesome, it's not huge and was not highly expensive. It's an LG brand TV and plays my xbox and DVDs in amazing quality.

I recommend one if you can afford it.

Add Speed To Your Computer

A lot of people think they need a new computer. The computer industry really thrives on this mentality and so many people throw money away on new machines when in reality is a speed boost is needed then they may only need to buy memory for their machine.

I had a good macbook that was starting to be a little slow for my liking and I just purchased an additional 1gb of computer memory. It cost around $50 at the time and gave my machine a new lease of life.

So don't go running to the computer store for a new machine until you have checked to see if the memory is at full capacity or not!

Do you need to finance your RV purchase....

Purchasing an RV may be a great thing for you and possibly your family but they can be very pricey and you may benefit from rv financing rather than paying in a lump sum and being out of cash.

When taking out any financing you have to make sure its more than affordable but it could give you a chance to get the RV and get out on the open road, even in some cases saving money on renting places to stay on your annual holiday's and weekends away.

I have sadly never owned an RV but definitely want one some day. I want a few luxuries like mobile internet but satellite is not needed. It also needs a decent kitchen as I need to keep cooking well and this further keeps holiday costs down.

I don't have life insurance, should I have it?

A life insurance policy is something that many of us don't want to think about and to be honest I have not yet set one up myself, but I am thinking about it.

We have to insure our vehicles by law but it pays to not just grab any old insurance. The right auto insurance will do a lot of good for us and a bit of time and research will essentially save you a bucket load of cash in the long run. This is especially true if you get into a few knocks here and there or even if your vehicle is stolen....

I think full comp insurance is always important unless your car really is a complete pieces of rubbish and literally worth nothing! I have known cars that are worthless on the market t run for years so there are a lot of cases where 3rd party does make sense.

When looking at furnishing your rooms of your home the possibilities are endless. You can play safe and go for the classic styles that will probably never go out of date now or you can do what I think is worthwhile and take a look at all the modern furniture options available to you.

Now this is a little riskier so it's best not to go for trends that are too outlandish as they may date way too quickly but sleek curves and well made designs should hold an air of quality and cool for many many years to come.... at very least until they are worn out and need an update.

Do you get body acne?

A lot of people suffer from acne quite bad as a teen and it mostly shows on their face. However some people get body acne and this can sometimes stay (particularly on the back) for much later in life.

There are many different types of body acne treatment and some are the same as the face stuff an some different but if you are suffering then it may be worth looking into them rather than hiding it under your clothes. It may be a relatively quick fix that's needed to just right your body chemistry and get things back to normal.

I've been very lucky and only suffered from 'backne' for a short period of time.... Every now and then a zit will appear and I get worried though!!

I'm lucky to be a UK citizen and currently living in Cairo, Egypt where they have some free health care system.... So I don't have to pay for health care.

However in USA the system is different for many reasons and affordable health insurance is a must to find. Especially if you are on a tight budget. On one hand you don't want to put you or your families health at jeopardy but you need some cash left over to live on!

So when you go looking for health it's important to read ALL small print and if you dig enough it is possible to find some well covered affordable plans. I may move to USA one day in which case my search will be extensive before I make a decision!

Organise your wiring with shrink tubes...

I'll be honest, I am no electrician but recently when looking to sort some bits of small wiring out (I never recommend a non-pro does wiring) I found out about the humble shrink tube.

I have seen them lots but never thought about purchasing them but they are exactly what I need for fixing some speaker wires, sorting some striped wires near a plug and a few other small projects.

If you are already an electrician then you obviously know what they are and all there glorious usages. As I am quite a newbie I won't be doing any dangerous jobs but would appreciate finding out what you would recommend using them for?

When looking for cheap health insurance you need to consider a lot of things and make sure your cheap insurance actually still covers you.

It may be easier to get a joint family plan or see what options are provided with your employer. Also you may find that some companies will waiver fees for some of your past health problems or you may be able to pick up on an older plan.

The main wanted effect to a diet pill is obviously for the weight to just drop off... Do you have RV Breakdown Coverage?

I remember we had an old RV when I was a kid. I liked the thing even though it was old and was looking forward to making some use of it as a family. So one of our first outings was to camp and sadly the thing broke down on the way! With no rv breakdown cover and not a lot of money we had to go home and I remember being extremely sad at the whole thing. If you can afford it then I would say that rv breakdown cover is essential for such incidents, if we had had it the whole thing would have been a different story. We would have had it fixed and then been back on our merry way to an enjoyable relaxing holiday!

I have developed a big appetite!

Coming out of the holiday season I have realized that my appetite has grown quite large! I am craving sweets and large meals all day long so I need to fight to get this back to normal. I know it will only take a week or so but for many this is an ongoing problem. Vacationing in North Carolina

I have never actually been to North Carolina but I have been close, to Maryland. Just below Maryland in North Carolina there is a strip of land known as the Outer Banks. Here you can find an excellent selection of vacation homes and relaxation can be had in excellent, beautiful surroundings. Outer Banks vacations have all the beach and ocean you can ask for and may not be too far from your home. Even if it is a drive, sometimes just getting away from it all is more than worthwhile.

The time for losing...

The time for giving has come to an end now and I am sure it's now onto the time for losing.... losing all the weight you gave your body after the last month.... For me this is likely to involve exercise and modest eating but I don't have too much to shift.

If you really do have a lot to shift then you may be thinking about some kind of action such as weight loss pills. I have never used them and don't think they ever will but for your situation they may be worth looking at.

If you have ever used them then I would be more than interested in hearing your thoughts on them and finding out how they worked for you.

Is it time to re-tile the bathroom?

I have noticed a few cracked tiles in the bathroom and it also looks like this may be leading to some leaking into the plaster stud walls in the adjoining hallway. I have a few options here. I could replace each broken tile or possibly look at updating and replace all the tiles.

It's not necessary the best time of year to do it money wise but on the other hand there are great discounts to be had right now so it may be the cheapest time to do so! Also it would be nice to give someone a little business during the quiet months.
