I exercise very regular. In fact most days and over the years I have done many activities. Running has been a fave but now I am doing home working out similar to circuit training. In all instances it's very important that I have the right fitness equipment to keep my health in shape and save myself from injury. Certain equipment also allows you to exercise in special ways.
For example shoes need to be right for the job, this could be running or all round training, weight training and more. You may be looking for free weights, bowflex style weights or a good pull up bar!
