At the moment I rely on a lot of the posts that I produce on this site for my earnings. Sadly I noticed that my main website http://www.therandomforest.com lost it's PR and is now sitting at a big fat 0. This site is still a number 3, gladly, but that could change at any moment.
I am faced with the need to diversify more quickly than I have been able to. Affiliate marketing is big and I need to jump in, mailing lists are becoming popular again. They are kind of like a popular blog and a great way to recommend products to people. Your reputation is on the line when it comes to mailing lists so you need to make sure that you are providing top quality content.
I am also looking into producing an arcade games hosting web site and a website aimed at recommending products on ebay.
What have you done to diversify?

I see that you're using WidgetBucks. I gave it a try, but it didn't perform well for me. Project Wonderful seems to be doing a decent job - at least better than Adsense has been performing lately.
