I would love to open a restaurant

Obviously it's a romantic dream but I would love to own a small restaurant. I would serve stir fry or pizza and easy quick foods. Maybe I would invent some new vegetarian ideas.

The idea of running a reaturant is much easier than the reality but some people are made to do such things, and they do it well. Sadly sometimes finding the startup costs stalls such things.
