How do you take care of adsense?

I have been trying to tweak adsense on a lot of my sites and just wanted to know what others did?

In my recent post More is less: How I increased Adsense earnings by 1000%
talked about removing Made For Adsense sites (MFA's) and cutting down the number of Adsense blocks displayed on the page. This seems to work best for me but some very low paying advertisers still manage to slip through the net and attract clicks on my blog..... and I don't want them there any more.

I thought about using an MFA list but this is inaccurate, apparently, and may not have been made in our best interests.
