The brides brother.....

The last wedding I attended was actually the wedding of the "brother in the story" that I am going to talk about.

This wedding was the second to last wedding that I attended and it was for a family member. She was marrying her finance of many years and it was a good, nice easy wedding which led onto a great meal and as always a free bar.

So then when the drinking started so did the civil behavior. People started getting drunk, dancing and making a fool of themselves.... which is fine. I got very trashed and was wondering around pretty drunk.

The brother of the bride was someone that I got along with pretty well. I decided to go and find him. He was blind drunk outside.... so I started talking to him and he started ranting.

I had to take him on a long walk and try and find ways to sober him up as he was supposed to be up early to help clean the wedding up.

We wandered around and I tried to keep a leash on him then suddenly he fell over, went rolling down a hill and covered his suit in mud. I went after him and fell over too.

We sat at the bottom of the hill for about an hour and started to sober up.

Returning to the party we were covered in mud and people had wondered where we had been. Anyway he was sober enough now to continue the night as normal....

He was the next to get married and gladly his wedding went completely smoothly.
