Got drunk, plans to the gym died.......... A familiar Sunday morning story.
I was looking forward to trying to beat my 4 mile time today and work out what direction I want to take my running. I ran 4 miles in 27:18 which for me is a great time.
But as I said last night ended up being a night of debauchery and I ended up drinking half my weight in beer... very counter productive but mentally cleansing. I am now fired up about the gym tomorrow though.
