Death Note from Manga to Live Action

Unknown

Anyone who considers themselves a fan of Manga will have heard of Death Note, and now Death Note has been made into live action.

Like many Manga story lines this one is just as fantastical and imaginative and ought to make a great film:
It follows the story of Light Yagami, a student who happens to stumble across the Death Note, which is a book of names dropped by a rogue Shinigami death god named Ryuk. If your name is in the notebook then you die, and Light decided to use this to rid the world of evil. When low life criminals mysteriously begin to be found dead, a legendary detective "L" is sent to investigate, and is soon onto Light. Both Light and L think that it is them that are on the right side of justice, and the two go head to head as they try to prove who is "good" and who is "evil."

This is a very interesting and dark power to have. I guess if I had a power it would be something like the ability to teleport and maybe take one person with me when I did so. This kind of power could be used for good and occasionally for your own wishes.

Death Note is going to be shown for two nights only at limited theaters so it really is a must see event, if you are a fan.
