Last night

After finally finishes and eating our delicious pie we finally managed to leave the house.

It was probably about 11.30pm and as we didn't want to spend the money we decided to walk down to the Old Port of Montreal for the finish of the Highlights Festival.

By the time we got there it was a little late so most events were finished. Strange Techno played from the main stage and sober people danced awkwardly whilst drunk, or whatever else they were fueled by, people danced enthusiastically, helped along by two people in fluorescent clithing on the stage.

We had a walk around, watched some people ice skating and then made our way over to the science museum. Just in time for the longest train I have ever seen to pass by. It was at least two miles long and took over 20 minutes to pass. We then went into the museum and had a quick look around before they closed.

All the excitement and it being 2:00am left us exhausted so we got in a taxi and headed off home.
