Burnt again!

Every time the sun pops it's head out I remind myself that I need to avoid getting sun burn.

Then after a few days.... I forget to put lotion on and bang... I am red all over.

I don't know why it happens every time but I really need to watch out. Skin Cancer is no joke.

Yesterday it wasn't too bad so maybe a good warning to me to be careful.

I think I will have to have some sun lotion surgically implanted!
