The calm after the storm

The storm finally came yesterday.

Friday was warm enough to be out in a just a T-shirt, yesterday I needed full tundra exploring gear just to get back from the gym. I have never seen a storm like it.

Carrying a bag of shopping in one hand and a carton of chocolate milk in anotherl, I braved my way through the streets. Vision was cut to about 20 meters and snow was pelting my face and freezing my bare hands. I eventually had to stop and put my gloves on. A ten minutes walk took me around 25 minutes which was annoying!

Anyway it's calm now, just lot's of snow laying around.
