Medical insurance is sometimes hard to pay

I come from England so the concept of paying for health insurance is a hard idea to swallow. But it is that way and America have great doctors (If you can get cover). Some people can't really afford to pay insurance so thank god there is medicare insurance to those in need. It's not perfect and I think needs improvement though. This is something that may not change soon but like I said at least some help is available.
