I know the can carry disease and I know they ravage bird feeders but I like the little blighter's.
In the autumn I caught one of them eating pizza!
I also remember a very entertaining TV program from the BBC where the buggers were given time to work out the most amazingly complex assault course.... and of course, they did.
I know they are rodents but they have their very own perosnality and ways. The way they neaurotically bury the winters nuts and hide from people yet keep an eye on them from distance just amazes me.

The funniest squirrel event I ever saw was the squirrel hanging completely upside down by his hind feet (like a bat) and dangling off of a full grown sunflower while eating the sunflower seeds! I wish I could have snapped a photo!
