The time for losing...

The time for giving has come to an end now and I am sure it's now onto the time for losing.... losing all the weight you gave your body after the last month.... For me this is likely to involve exercise and modest eating but I don't have too much to shift.

If you really do have a lot to shift then you may be thinking about some kind of action such as weight loss pills. I have never used them and don't think they ever will but for your situation they may be worth looking at.

If you have ever used them then I would be more than interested in hearing your thoughts on them and finding out how they worked for you.
