Is it time to re-tile the bathroom?

I have noticed a few cracked tiles in the bathroom and it also looks like this may be leading to some leaking into the plaster stud walls in the adjoining hallway. I have a few options here. I could replace each broken tile or possibly look at updating and replace all the tiles.

It's not necessary the best time of year to do it money wise but on the other hand there are great discounts to be had right now so it may be the cheapest time to do so! Also it would be nice to give someone a little business during the quiet months.
