Kelloggs Special K diet has a claim that you will lose weight eating cereal.... this is a pretty bold claim.

Here is the basic Kellogg Special K diet:

Meal 1 and 2: Start the day with a bowl of Special K and 2/3 cup of skimmed milk and some fruit.

Meal 3: Eat a normal and third meal.

In Between:
