Still have a headache

Been working and eating and drinking water consistently for a few hours ow but I still have a damned headache!

I have not taken any medication and in a way I feel I deserve to suffer for drinking way too much last night.

I knew at the time this was going to happen but still just carried on and on and on!

We all have out times like this, I am sure....
