Inspired by this post over at Vegan Momma I thought of this new meme idea and I know that the whole meme thing is maybe overstaurated in this little blogging world but I really like the what Opal said about seeing the people behind the blog and think this will be fun.

Blogging can become unpersonalized as we rarely see the author so the idea of this meme is to let us all have a little peak at the person behind the blog

My Random Desktop Meme

So I guess it's Meme time again for me :)

My desktop shows a view from my girlfriends house one evening in Vermont, USA. Isn't it beautiful!

As you can see i'm a little cluttered and could do with organising myself a bit better.... maybe we will find with this meme that desktops show a little of ones personality!

My Desktop Free View Instruction:

A. Upon receiving this tag, immediately perform a screen capture of your desktop. It is best that no icons be deleted before the screen capture so as to add to the element of fun.

You can do a screen capture by: [1] Going to your desktop and pressing the Print Scrn key (located on the right side of the F12 key). [2] Open a graphics program (like Picture Manager, Paint, or Photoshop) and do a Paste (CTRL + V). [3] If you wish, you can “edit” the image, before saving it.

For MAC users: Press [ Apple] [ Ctrl ] [ Shift ] and [ 3 ]

B. Post the picture in your blog. You can also give a short explanation on the look of your desktop just below it if you want. You can explain why you preferred such look or why is it full of icons. Things like that.

I now have a nice big 274 rating on Technorati and about 10 random visitors a day. I still need many more though!
