I work out pretty often these days and am happy with my fitness level. I integrate cardio training with ab workouts, and full body workouts to get a good overall level of fitness.
I can't understate the importance of exercise in my life and how good it feels to be fit and healthy. I am not perfect but am pushing hard and feel great when I realise that my health is in order.
