Stay in a hotel for free

I have a lot of traveling coming up ahead. I managed to get some really amazing deals on flights and thought I was way under budget until I realized that I had to get some hotel nights booked..... Hotel costs can really eat into your vacation budget but are also essential to get right. A bad hotel will make for a bad vacation.

So when I saw this free hotel night promotion I was definitely intrigued. They are actually offering two separate nights in different hotels and I think they may have something to suit part of my travel arrangements.

Many of the hotels are top brand hotels too....

Time to show some flesh and jewelry

Yesterday was the first day of the year that I could venture outside in just my T-shirt and feel comfortable..... In Montreal the warm weather is finally coming.

That means that people won't be covered head to tow in winter clothes and for many it's time to shop for some summer jewelry as it's actually going to be seen.

It's the perfect time for wrist bracelets, new necklaces, watches, anklets and much much more.

I love the feeling of summer.

Do you have a good bed?

I know my bed is giving me trouble. I wake up feeling groggy with a few aches and pains. So it's time for a new one eventually.

The worst thing is when you can actually feel the springs coming through onto your back. You can relieve it slightly with a matress cover but ultimately you will need a new bed.

When I finally move and settle then I may look into a really really comfy bed such as a sleep number bed.

Things are not too good in the world right now but if you keep your head in the right place and use common sense I am sure most of you can get along fine.

Should you buy computer memory?

I personally think that it is a great time to look at buying some extra memory for your home computer or laptop. If you buy computer memory now then you are benefiting from a great price right now.

I recently upgraded my Macbook from 1gb of ram to 2gb of ram and the speed enhancements have been fantastic. I almost don't know how I lived without it!!

When dealing with multiple windows, digital photos and everything modern computer usage brings more memory is always better.

Rocks are fascinating...

Don't you love rocks?

When I was young I used to collect cool rocks and crystals whenever I was on holiday and I still have my old beaten collection stored away to go back and look at when I am old.

My girlfriend's mother has an awesome collection of rocks and they are all polished and on display. With a blacklight on them they look amazing.

I really should have a look at some rock tumblers and see if any of my old finds polish up well.
